St. Paddy's Day Pump

Got a good pump yesterday doing this triset workout. Total of 3 trisets involved a push exercise- chest, plyos- legs, and a pull exercise- back, resulting in a full body workout. I save time, keep it fast-paced and intense, and raise my metabolism all in under one hour. I've been nursing an injury since August 2014 so using different methods and techniques for continuous fat burn and muscle tension is helping me as I recover without overdoing it. Slainte!
